1The service

Jamaatna lets hosts create invitations for their occasions, send each guest a personal link, collect replies, check guests in at the door with entry codes, and follow attendance as it happens. The announcement maker on the site is free and needs no account.

2Accounts

• Our team creates accounts on request. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password, and your scanners' passwords, private. You're responsible for what's done through your account and through the scanner accounts you create.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

3Packages and guest limits

• Each package is for one event. It doesn't carry over to another event.
• You can create an event and preview it as a draft for free. Publishing it, so its invitations can be sent and opened, needs a package that our team activates for that event.
• A package has a plan (Self-service or Premium) and a guest tier, which sets how many guests the event can have. Prices are the ones on the pricing page when you order.
• To add guests beyond your tier, or to move to another plan, message us on WhatsApp. Only our team can change an event's package.
• Some features are Premium only, such as running more than one gate at the door.
• An invitation stays active from when the event is published until two days after the event starts.

4Payments, refunds and cancellation

• Payment is arranged with our team on WhatsApp before your package is activated.
• All sales are final. We don't refund any payment, in full or in part, for any reason, including a cancelled event, fewer guests than planned or features you didn't use.
• The only change we offer is moving your event to a new date. Ask for it at least 30 days before the event's original date, and your package moves with the event to the new date.
• Within 30 days of the event's original date, nothing can be moved, cancelled or refunded.
• The same rules apply to extra services, such as a custom invitation design or a monogram designed for you by our team.

5Your content and your guests

• What you put on Jamaatna is yours: your text, logos and guest lists. You allow us to store it and show it to your guests and your team as far as running your event needs.
• You're responsible for your content and for your right to use it. That includes any logo or photo you upload and any audio file you add from YouTube: the rights to that audio are your responsibility.
• You're responsible for your guests agreeing to have their details shared with us and to receive your invitations (see the privacy policy).

6Acceptable use

Don't use Jamaatna to:

• send messages to people who don't expect an invitation from you, or send spam;
• upload or link content that's unlawful, offensive or hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• pretend to be someone else, or collect guests' details for anything other than your event;
• try to break into accounts, get around limits, copy the site's designs for other services, or overload the service on purpose.

We may remove content, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules.

7The Jamaatna footer

Every invitation carries a small "Invitation made with Jamaatna" line at its foot, on the page and on the saved image. It's part of the service and can't be removed, on any package.

8Our designs and the site

The invitation designs, opening videos, the Jamaatna name and logo, and the site itself belong to Jamaatna or to whoever licensed them to us. You can use them for your events on Jamaatna and share your invitations and their saved images, but you can't reuse the designs anywhere else.

9Availability

We work to keep Jamaatna running, above all on event days, but the service can sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as problems with hosting, the internet or WhatsApp. We may change, improve or remove features, but we won't take a feature away from a package you've paid for before its event.

10Limits of our responsibility

• Jamaatna is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.
• We aren't responsible for the event itself, for who attends it, for decisions made at the door, or for content that hosts add.
• We aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim about an event is limited to what you paid for that event's package.

11Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time; the privacy policy explains what gets deleted. Closing an account doesn't entitle you to a refund.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and we tell hosts who have an upcoming event about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using Jamaatna after a change, you accept the new terms. A package you've already paid for keeps the price you paid.
