What hosts ask before they start

No. Each guest gets a personal link, opens it on their phone and replies with one tap, with no app and no sign-in. Their entry code appears on the same page, straight away or once they accept, as you choose.

The guest opens their link and taps to accept or decline. Replies show on your event dashboard. You can set a reply-by date: guests can change their answer until then, and replies close after it.

On Premium, our team adds your guests and sends each one their invitation for you. On Self-service you send them from your own WhatsApp: every guest has a personal link, and the chat opens with a ready message in the words you wrote, so each invitation goes out in one tap.

Add them one by one, or upload an Excel or CSV file (a ready template is there to download). In Chrome on Android you can also pick them straight from your phone contacts. On Premium, we add them for you.

Yes. You can change the event details and the guest list up to the day, with no lock before the date, and the same links show your guests the latest version. Your package covers a set number of guests. To invite more than that, you move up to a bigger package: message us on WhatsApp and we raise your limit.

Prices are per event and depend on two things: your guest count and your package (Self-service or Premium). Every price is on the pricing page. For a very large event, message us on WhatsApp for a quote.

Several entrances come with the Premium package: we set up a scanner login for each gate. Each scanner scans codes from their phone's browser, with no app. On your dashboard you see who checked each guest in and at which gate, and you can filter the entry feed by gate.

The scanner gets an "already entered" alert straight away, with the time of the first entry, and the repeat scan shows on your entry feed.

Yes. The scanner can undo a scan within 2 minutes of recording it.

Yes. You set how many companions each guest brings when you add them. The dashboard shows companions and total people next to the invited count, and the scanner sees the companion count when the code is scanned.

Yes. Once a guest accepts (or straight away, if you choose), they can save the whole invitation as an image on their phone, entry code included, share the event details, and add the event to their calendar in one tap.

Each design has its own opening: the guest taps, and the invitation opens with a short animation, and on some designs with a video and sound. You can also add an audio file, a date the guest scratches to reveal, and a wishes wall where guests leave you a message. Browse every design, with a full-screen preview, on the designs page.

Yes. A custom invitation design is part of the Premium package, and you can ask for one on Self-service too: tell us your idea on WhatsApp. Or pick any ready design and tap "Order this design" on its page.
