What hosts ask before they start
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Each guest gets a personal link on WhatsApp, opens it and replies with one tap. Their entry code appears on the same page, and they can save the whole invitation as an image.
Can I edit after the invitations are out?
Yes. You can change event details and guest lists right up to the day, with no lock period. Inviting more guests than your package covers means moving up a package.
My venue has more than one entrance. What do I do?
Several entrances come with Premium: we set up a scanner login for each gate. The live entry log shows which gate every guest came through, and you can filter it by gate.
Do you send the invitations for me?
On Premium, yes: our team adds your guests and sends the invitations for you. On Self-service you send them from your own phone, with a ready link for each guest and a message you write.
What if a guest tries to get in twice?
The scanner shows a duplicate-entry alert straight away, and the repeat shows on your live feed with the first entry time.
